Wendy K. Lopez

Wendy K. Lopez (nee Flitsch), passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at the age of 47 years. She was born on January 27, 1973 to the late Eugene V. Flitsch and Carol M. Flitsch (nee Roeglin). Wendy attended Immanuel Lutheran Church, in Cedarburg. She attended Cedarburg School from kindergarten through high school. She received a bachelor’s degree from Concordia. Wendy enjoyed crafting, and going to many local festivals. She loved to support her kids in their athletic interests which are soccer, football, poms and girl scouts. Also she was a big supporter of community events. Wendy is survived by her husband: Miguel, son: Patrick, daughter: Jenna, step-daughter: Diana, mother: Carol Flitsch, sisters: Jacquie (Joel) Gierach, Susan Rieck and Linda (Bob) Bublitz; brother: Mark (Chris) Flitsch, father-in-law: Luis, mother-in-law: Minerva, brother-in-law: Alfredo, sisters-in-law: Elba and Minerva. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father: Eugene, and brother: Scott Flitsch. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the American Legion Rose-Harms Post 355, 1540 13th Ave., Grafton. Prior to the Celebration of Life a private family graveside service will take place at Immanuel Cemetery, in Cedarburg.
