Wayne W. Skebba

Wayne W. Skebba of Cedarburg, Wisconsin passed away at age 79 on March 16, 2012. Wayne was born May 15, 1932 to Charles and Rosemary Skebba. Wayne married Betty (nee Karrells) on December 17, 1955 and was happily married for 56 years. Wayne served with the U. S. Coast Guard for four years, and then joined Simplicity’s R & D division in Port Washington. After retiring in 1992, he bartended part-time at the Alpine Village in Mequon. Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, growing roses, driving his Simplicity mower and snow blower, and bartending. He loved playing cards, especially gin rummy with his grandchildren. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Russell. His family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the caring Third Floor doctors, nurses, aides, and chaplain at Aurora Hospital in Grafton, Davita Cedarburg Dialysis, and Cedar Springs Rehabilitation Center for their kindness and compassion for Wayne.
