Thomas Hartwig

Thomas Hartwig of Cedarburg passed away suddenly on Saturday August 8, 2009 at the age of 52 years. Tommy was born in West Bend, WI on March 26, 1957 to the late Henry & Clara (nee Wolfgram) Hartwig and married Sherri (nee Kletzien) on December 16, 1978 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Tommy was a member of the Ozaukee Co. Fair Board, Ozaukee Co. Agriculture Society, Covered Bridge 4-H Club; he worked for the Ozaukee Co. Highway Dept. for 26 years, the Brown Deer YMCA for 14 years and recently worked for Rite Way Bus Co. in Cedarburg. He is survived by his wife Sherri of Cedarburg, children; Cara (Dominic) Petri of Thiensville & Craig Hartwig of Grafton, special extended family of Kevin Pham, Christine Le & Denys Sokolov, grandchildren; Jenson Petri, Karie Le & Kayla Le, brothers; William (Cheryl) Hartwig of Jackson and Robert (Dawn) Hartwig of Jackson, step-mother Ilma Hartwig of Jackson, mother-in-law Carol Kletzien of Cedarburg. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 13, 4 PM at First Immanuel Lutheran Church W67 N622 Evergreen Blvd. Cedarburg. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 1 PM until time of service.
