Theodore S. Lepak

A memorial mass will be held on Saturday July 3, 2004 - 11:00 AM at San Camillo 10200 W. Bluemound Rd. Wauwatosa, WI for Theodore S. Lepak, 82, who died on June 26, 2004 at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital. Family will receive friends from 10AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Camillus Foundation Appreciated. Theodore was born in Milwaukee, WI on March 29, 1922 the son of the late Stephen and Mary nee Repinski Lepak. He married the late Myra Nee Larson on March 3, 1952 in Iowa. Theodore served in the United States Navy from November 10, 1942 - December 8, 1948. As a WWII Veteran he served his country in the PT Boat Fleet. Theodore is survived by his children: Keith Sandy Griswold, Bernell Tom Albano and Jane Ann Lepak-Jostsons; grandchildren: Ann Greg Denk, Scott Fiancée Sherri Strelecki, Andrew Laura Griswold and Bradley Jostsons. Theodore was preceded in death by his wife Myra, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at San Camillo 10200 W.
