She was named after a cowgirl in a book by her father’s favorite author Zane Gray called West Of The Pecos. She graduated from New Salem High School, class of 1965. She loved sports and participated yearly in track, which was the only girl’s sport at the time. She also was involved in choir, was active at Peace UCC Church, and took part in many youth activities. She fondly said her school classmates were very close, and over the years they had socialized together frequently. She continued her education at Dickinson State University where she graduated in May 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and a minor in Biology. In 1969 she married fellow classmate George Marsh, graduated, and had her son, Jason. Over the years they spent time in ND, IL, and CO and finally settled in WI. In June 2001, she moved to Sparks, NV to be with Mark Dolwig and they married in July 2003. While in NV, they liked to go to CA to take in Oakland Raiders games, and visit Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, and many other tourist sites, In late 2003, they moved back to WI as it was very difficult for her to be so far away from her grandchildren. Terri spent 15 years in the mortgage loan business, working as a loan processor for several major bank and mortgage companies. Terri loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, going to rock concerts, and Packers, Brewers, and Bucks games. She especially enjoyed Milwaukee’s Summerfest, Cedarburg’s Summer Sounds and seasonal festivals, and the diverse plays at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater. Terri’s honesty and straightforward nature made her well-respected by loved ones and business associates alike. She believed in giving everyone a chance and was a self-proclaimed liberal. Her infectious laugh touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by her deeply saddened family, friends, and community. Terri is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Mark Dolwig. Best friend and dear mother of Jason (Corrine) Marsh. Loving step-mother of Stephanie (Mike) Graham.
