Sheila Anne Zach was released from her battle with kidney cancer on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the Aurora Zilber VNA Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, while surrounded by her loving family. Sheila was born in the Two Rivers Memorial Hospital on August 2, 1971 to James and Joyce (Cook) Zach. She graduated from Washington High School in Two Rivers in 1989 and attended the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. For the past eleven years, “Miss Sheila” was nanny for two dear children, Josie and Eamonn Tetzlaff, of Port Washington. They were so very special to her. Sheila is survived by her parents, Jim and Joyce Zach; her daughter, Lauren Kubichka of Milwaukee; brothers, Ron Zach of Grafton, WI; Tony (Jessica) Zach of Glendale,CA; and Andy (special friend, Gabriella Ra’anan) Zach of Washington, DC; niece, Leila Zach of Glendale, CA; and her grandmother, Helen Cook of Albion, NE. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins, and the Tetzlaff family, and many dear friends. Sheila was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joe and Lorraine Zach; maternal grandfather, Gerald Cook; uncle, George Cook; and her younger cousin, Gina (Cook) Hanlon. A celebration of Sheila’s life will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 3PM at Portview Church, 3457 County Road LL, Port Washington, Wisconsin. The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday at the church from 1PM until 2:45PM. In addition, there will be a memorial service in Nebraska at a later date. Memorials of your choice are appreciated.
