Sandra Jo Tietyen

Tietyen, Sandra Jo Lifelong resident of Cedarburg, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the young age of 56 years. Sandy was born in Port Washington on April 19, 1962, the cherished daughter of Henrietta (nee Reiter) and the late Frederick Tietyen. She is the loved sister of Christine (David) Lange. Sandy is further survived by many loving cousins, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 24, from 1:00 PM until 3:45 PM with Funeral Services beginning at 4:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home and Crematory, W63 N527 Hanover Ave. in Cedarburg. Burial will be private for the family in Woodlawn Cemetery in Grafton. Memorials in Sandy’s name may be directed to the Wisconsin Humane Society. Sandy graduated from Grafton High School, and earned a Bachelor’s degree from UW Whitewater. For 24 years, to the day, she worked at Rockwell Automation as a graphic designer in computer animation. Sandy also worked part time at J.J.’s Tavern in Cedarburg. Sandy loved hanging out with her friends and going four wheeling. She was always hard working and recently amazed everyone with her knitting skills. Sandy was an excellent joke teller and always a smart aleck. She always had something to say.
