Sandra Jean Gotthart (Nee Meinert)

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2011 6:00 PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church Grafton, for Sandra Jean Gotthart (Nee Meinert) of Grafton who passed away at Horizon Hospice in Columbia St. Marys Ozaukee Campus on February 10, 2011 at the age of 70 yrs. Family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 4:00 PM until time of service at 6:00 PM. Inurnment will be at Zur Ruhe Cemetery. Rev. Kenton Wendorf officiating. Memorials to Horizon Hospice at St. Marys Ozaukee Campus appreciated. Sandra was born in Mequon, WI on January 28, 1941 the daughter of the late Howard and Norma (nee Scherer) Meinert. Sandra was married to the late Gustave Gus Gotthart. Sandra was a lifetime active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Sandra worked at Doerr Electric and EST Co. as a customer service representative. In her later years Sandra worked for Home Instead as a senior care giver. Sandra loved gardening and was an avid Packer Fan. Sandra is survived by her brother: Jim (Fiance Marva Young) Meinert of Milwaukee; sisters: Judy (the late Don) OConnell of Grafton, and Linda (Glen) Prochnow of Hartford; former sister-in-law Karen Meinert of Saukville; brother-in-law Bernhardt (Marge) Gotthart of Milwaukee; Aunts: Viola Sachse of Thiensville, Mary Scherer of Waukesha, Juliette Scherer of West Bend, and Eunice Meinert of Jacksonville, FL. Further survived by dear nieces, nephews, cousins and their families; friends Marty Schreiner and family; Eileen (Larry) Woyach; Joanne (Rich) Paulus and family; neighbors; beloved pets Waldo and Tiger.
