Rozann H Peters

Rozann H. Peters (nee Rychtik) of Cedar Ridge Apartments in West Bend, formerly of Cedarburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Kathy Hospice in West Bend on January 30, 2017 at the age of 76 years. Rozann was born in Marathon County on October 29, 1940 to the late Joseph & Marcella (nee Geib) Rychtik, and married the late David Peters on April 14, 1956 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Cedarburg. Rozann was a long time active member at Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church in Cedarburg, and loved her last couple of years living at Cedar Ridge Apartments – Cedar Community in West Bend. She is survived by her children; Susan (James) Pipkorn of Cedarburg, Sandra (Michael) Vorwerk of Jackson, & David S. (Bridgette) Peters of Green Bay, grandchildren; Caitlin (Angelo) Basso, Ethan Vorwerk, Ashley Vorwerk, Caleb Vorwerk, Christopher Pipkorn, Tyler Pipkorn, Margo Pipkorn, Joseph (Heather) Raymond, Mychal Raymond, and Jennifer Peters. She was preceded in death by her husband David, daughter Cindy, and her brother Robert Rychtik. She is further survived by 4 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday February 7, 6 PM at Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church W76 N627 Wauwatosa Rd. Cedarburg. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 4 – 5:45 PM. Burial of her cremains will be at Zur Ruhe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association or the Ozaukee County Humane Society are appreciated.
