Rosalia "Sally" H. Kirst

Rosalia H. “Sally” Kirst (Nee Binversie) of Grafton, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2018 at Lasata Care Center at the age of 95. Sally was born in School Hill “Kiel”, WI on March 16, 1923 the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (nee Miller) Binversie. Sally was united in marriage to Chuck Kirst on April 24, 1946 at Holy Trinity in Kiel, WI. Sally was a long time member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Sally was a former employee of Ben Franklin in Grafton. Her favorite pastime was cooking and baking for her family and most importantly just spending time with all of them. Sally is survived by her children: Charlene (Mike) Karrels, Gregory (Teri) Kirst, Kevin (Connie) Kirst, Randy (Charise) Kirst, Tony (Bonnie) Kirst, Mike Kirst, Mary Kirst and Tim (Wendy) Kirst; Siblings: Lucille Clevenger and Marie (Leon) Boll. Sally is further survived by 20 granchildren, 24 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck and grandson, Ryan Kirst. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 – 3:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1619 Washington St. Grafton. Interment Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday at the church from 1:00 PM – 2:45 PM. Memorials to St. Joseph Catholic Church and School are appreciated.
