Our family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Choudry and Dr. Eiseler from Aurora Hospital Grafton; Dustin Erdman, NP from Sharon Richardson Palliative care, to Amy RN, and the entire staff from Lasata Assisted Living and all the compassionate staff at Horizon’s Lawlis Family Hospice. Watching our dad go through the end of his journey here on earth these last few months was one of the hardest things we have had to do in our lives. Your gentleness, kindness, and loving attention brought us comfort when we could personally do very little to help him. Thank you for everything you did to care for him.
Until we meet again Dad..
