Robert L. Yunk

Robert L. Yunk of Cedarburg, died suddenly on April 28, 2019 at the age of 88. Robert was born in Milwaukee, WI on September 5, 1930 the son of the late Robert J. and Pauline (Nee Kosmaczynski). Robert was united in marriage to Evoyne Griese on June 7, 1958 in Kewaunee, WI. Robert worked as a machinist at Nordberg/Rexnord for 42 years. He was a lifelong member of Christ Alone Ev. Lutheran Church in Thiensville. Robert enjoyed coin collecting, gambling and going to Potawatomi, biking, walking, enjoying the outdoors and was an avid train collector. Robert is survived by his wife Evoyne; children: Mark Yunk, Pam Springer and Holly (Timothy) Powers. Robert is further survived by other relatives and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his two sons: Scott and Michael; siblings: Donald Yunk, Lucille Gorski and Delores Brown. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 – 12 Noon at Christ Alone Ev. Lutheran Church Calvary Campus 110 Division St. Thiensville, WI. Interment Riverview Cemetery in Kewaunee, WI. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10:30 – 11:45 AM. Memorials to Christ Alone Ev. Lutheran Church are appreciated.
