Robert L. Marien

A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 23, 2006 – 7:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home 979 N. Green Bay Rd. Grafton, for Robert L. Marien, 91, of Grafton, who died on Saturday March 18, 2006 at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Campus. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 PM until time of service. Inurnment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association appreciated. After serving his country during WWII in the Army, Robert was united in marriage to Virginia Peabody. Robert worked many years as a supervisor for Johnson Controls. Robert enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing and pitching horseshoes. Robert is survived by his wife Virginia of Grafton, WI; Children: Thomas A. Sr. Ria Marien of Grafton, WI, Barbara J. Michael Colombo of Jackson, WI, Richard G. Christine Marien of Wausau, WI, Kathleen A. Marien of Jackson, WI and Robert L. Marien of Grafton, WI. Grandchildren: Daniel Janet Marien, Robert Lori Marien, Thomas Jr. Cheryl Marien, Timothy Christine Marien, David Colombo, Laura Jack Riess, Christopher Lisa Colombo, Stephany Marien, Jamie Turner, Cary Rickert, Harmon Marien, Gaige Marien, Trevor Marien, Tanner Marien, Hannah Marien, Shelby Riess, Nathan Riess, Josephine Colombo, Benjamin Colombo, Hailey Rickert, Zander Richert, Olivia Turner and Zian Turner.
