Robert "Bob" J. Jung

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 4:00 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1619 Washington Street, Grafton for Robert J. Jung, “Bob,” who was Born to Eternal Life on Monday, September 24, 2018 at the age of 80 years from natural causes at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton. Family will receive friends and family at the church on Monday from 2:00 pm until 3:45 pm. Memorials to the Notre Dame Nuns, Capuchin Fathers or St. Joseph Parish are appreciated. Bob was born on April 8, 1938 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of the late Aloysius and Vivian (nee Considine) Jung. He was a proud graduate of Messmer High School in 1956 and graduated from UWM in 1973. Bob married the love of his life whom he met in kindergarten, Georgia L. Winter on October 1, 1960 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Milwaukee. He was employed in industrial purchasing for 40 years and retired from Briggs & Stratton after 22 years of service. Robert is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Georgia, children, Gregory Andrew (Jennifer), Patrick Joseph (Rochelle), Kristin Lee (Tony) Roy and Andrew Winter (Nicole) Jung, grandchildren, Kyle Roy, Maxwell (Cetonia) Roy, Matthew and Corey Jung, Katherine, Aloysius and Francis Jung and Hannah, Charlotte and Mary Jung, great-grandson, Xavier Roy, brother, Thomas (Paula) Jung, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bob is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Kathy Johnson.
