Robert "Bob" D. Demars

Robert “Bob” D. DeMars, of Grafton, formerly of Escanaba, MI, passed away on January 7, 2019, at the Lawlis Family Hospice, in Mequon, WI, at the age of 81 years. Bob was born on August 19, 1937, the son of the late Richard DeMars and the late Pearl (nee Gustafson) DeMars. He was later united in marriage to Barbara (nee Gangstad), on September 22, 1962, in Escanaba. Bob is survived by his Wife, Barbara, children, Kris (Randy Hobena) Benz and Paul (Jamie Zaske), grandchildren: Lindsey and Marnie Benz; Joshua (Kerrie Winter), Nikolas and Micaela; great-grandchildren, Hankston and Ava, brothers: Kenneth “Pudge” (Elaine), Mike (Betty) and Dale (Sharon); sisters: Joanne (Vic) Pearson, Karen (Hank) Beaumier and Pat (Lee) Grover. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Richard “Bun”, Carol Belland, Mimi Forvilly and Gigi. A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, January 26, 2019, 12:30 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church (1619 Washington St.), Grafton, WI, with Brenda Cline presiding.
