Richard R. Chyko Sr.

Richard R. Chyko Sr. peacefully passed away, joining his beloved wife, Margaret, on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Newcastle Place in Mequon.

Richard was born on July 23, 1934 in River Hills, to his late parents, Rudy Chyko and Elma Chyko (nee Rader). He was later united in marriage with Margaret Chyko (nee Neitzke) on June 14, 1958. They were blessed with two children; Susan (Mike) Berndt and the late Richard Chyko Jr.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Susan (Mike) Berndt. Daughter-in-law, Joan Chyko and grandchildren; Alex (Melissa) Berndt, Nick Chyko, and Daniel Chyko. He is further survived by other family and friends. Richard is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margaret, son, Richard Chyko Jr., and his parents, Rudy and Elma.

Richard was the proud owner of Fox Point Lawn and Marine. In his earlier years, Richard spent his time in the U.S Army, happily serving his country. When Richard was living in St. Germain, he was often referred to as the “Ledge.” And he also was an avid hunter and fisherman
