Rev. Paul W. Schwan

Rev. Paul W. Schwan, 86 years, recent resident of Lasata Care Center was led by the hand of our Gracious God to Heaven on February 16, 2010. He is loved and will be missed by his wife of 62 years, Ruth Schwan, his sons, Paul A., Timothy, David and Andrew Schwan; his daughters-in-law, Christy, Joann, Mary Beth and Joan Schwan, 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a brother, Theodore Schwan. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret. Paul served congregations in Canada, Indiana, and South Dakota as a Missouri Synod Lutheran pastor. He and Ruth moved to Cedarburg, Wisconsin, 10 years ago to be near family. A Funeral Service and Burial will be at a former parish, Zion Lutheran Church, in New Palastine, Indiana on February 27th.
