Lutheran Church, Freistadt, for Regia M. Ahrehnolz, 81, of Mequon who walked home with Jesus on May 25, 2007. Visitation was at the church from 5-7 PM with interment the following day in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Concordia College of Nursing Program or Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Freistadt appreciated. She was united in marriage on May 22, 1948 in Hamburg, WI to Henry Ahrenholz. Regina was a Registered Nurse for 47 years serving in various capacities. She was very active at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church serving as the parish nurse, a member of the ladies aid and the prayer chain. Her hobbies included gardening, sewing, cooking, baking, needle point, beading, camping, crafts, nature and dogs. Regina is survived by her husband Henry; children Steven Teresa Ahrenholz and Julie Brian Petrowsky; grandchildren Joshua, Zachary and Jacob Petrowsky; Sister Esther Mueller.
