Raminger who died at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Campus on May 12, 2007 at the age of 79. Visitation will take place prior to the funeral service at the church, from 12 Noon – 3:30PM. The Rev. Paul Bulgerin will conduct the funeral service. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Grafton immediately following the funeral service. Ralph was born in Milwaukee on December 8, 1927 to the late Joseph and the late Mary nee Wagner Raminger. He went on to graduate from Boys Tech in Milwaukee and served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. Ralph married the love of his life, Gladys Whisman on November 27, 1954 at Siloah Ev. Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Their marriage was blessed with three children. Ralph owned and operated his own furniture upholstery store in both Cedarburg and Grafton for many years. Ralph was a long time member of Grace Lutheran Church in Grafton. He was also a project driven man who enjoyed woodworking, crafts, and tinkering with anything that he could find. Ralph loved nature…he enjoyed flowers, especially petunias, but he had a personal passion for eagles. Ralph is survived by his wife: Gladys Raminger, children: Michael P. Susan P. Raminger, Donna J. John V. Pospichal, and James P. Raminger, grandchildren: Jessica I. Raminger, Joseph M. Krysta Pospichal, John T. Pospichal, Amanda R. Brad Moore, and Jamie M. Raminger, great-grandchild: Cullen J. Pospichal, sisters: Bernice Thompson and Betty Jerry Vegter. Ralph is further survived by other relatives and many friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses in the I.C.U. at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Campus for all of their care and compassion.
