Patricia J. Sommers

Patricia J. Sommers (nee Meer) of Mequon, went to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 6, 2018, at the age of 86 years, surrounded by her loving children and caregivers. Pat is survived by her children: Nancy (Robert) Fedie, Vicki Sommers, Sharon (the late Robert) Brisky, Barbara (Joseph) Gill and Michael (Angie) Sommers; grandchildren: Bradley (Jenny) Fedie, Brittany (Zach) Kemp, Elizabeth Fedie, Maxwell Brisky, Samantha (Matt) Bigelow, Adrienne (David) Henderson, Joseph Gill Jr., Emily Westman, Kyle Karttunen, Rebecca Karttunen and Jack Sommers; great-grandchildren: Olivia, Moriah and Calvin Henderson, and Lilly and Violet Bigelow. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Pat was born in Granville, WI, the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Julia (nee Schmit) Meer. She was a very special woman, who loved sewing, church, knitting, red hats and bingo. She loved doing mission work with her late husband Joe. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at 12:30 PM, at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church (10729 W. Freistadt Rd.), Mequon. A visitation will take place on Saturday, at the church, from 10:00 AM until the time of service. There will be a Luncheon to follow. In honor of her mission work, memorial donations can be made to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church Freistadt.
