Patricia A. Petersen

Patricia Petersen, 78, died Sunday, March 24th after a short battle against cancer.

Patricia was born February 21, 1943. She graduated from Riverside High School and worked for several years before marrying her true love, Fred Petersen on November 4, 1972 and moving to Cedarburg to begin a family. This started her life-long career taking care of her family as a cook, chauffeur, cheerleader, counselor, referee and seamstress. Pat was a Cedarburg resident and member of Grace Lutheran Church in Grafton for 46 years. After Fred’s passing in 2019 she moved to Cedar Community in West Bend where she made many new friends. She greatly enjoyed quilting, scrapbooking, baking cookies, shopping, working puzzles and above all spending time with her family.

Pat is survived by her three children Kevin (Sue), Anne (Tom), Chris (Korinne); her grandchildren Mya, Miranda, Audrey, Madeline & Elise; her brother Roger along with many other relatives and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Milton, sister Gloria and loving husband of 46 years, Fred.

Please join her family to celebrate Pat’s life on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church 140 N. 7th Avenue West Bend, 53095. Visitation will run from 3:30 – 4:15 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 4:30 PM. Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
