Pam was born on March 23rd, 1955, at Great Lakes Naval Base in Illinois. Growing up with her father serving 21 years in the Navy, Pam experienced 13 moves across the US at various Naval Bases and Air Stations until landing in Milwaukee, WI. In 1973 she graduated from Custer High School in Milwaukee, at which time she decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and joined the Navy.
Pam worked in accounting at various places including Alan-Bradley Co. (Rockwell Automation) and for The US Postal
Service until she made the decision to be a stay-at-home mom to her three children. She was a gifted seamstress and quilter and enjoyed spending her spare time making quilts for her family and friends as well as ones she donated to the Veteran’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital. She was also able to accompany her father on his Honor Flight before he passed, which was one of her most cherished memories later in life. Pam proudly retired from the US Marshall’s Service in 2017 where she worked as a Budget Analyst.
Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Margaret Twarogowski (nee Wisemiller) and her youngest brother, Eddie Twarogowski.
