Olive A. Woltring (Nee Flierl)

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 14, 11AM at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church North (1375 Covered Bridge Rd.), Cedarburg, for Olive A. Woltring (nee Flierl) who passed away peacefully accompanied by loving friends at Lasata Care Center on August 2, 2008, at the age of 97 years.  Inurnment at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Grafton.  The Mass will be followed by a reception at the church for family and friends. Olive was born on November 1, 1910, in West Allis to Albert J. and Barbara (nee Uselding) Flierl.  She was a resident of Cedarburg her entire life and was married to Lester Woltring, her beloved husband of 39 years prior to his passing in 1971.  Together they had one daughter, Barbara.  Olive never remarried after Lesters death as there was never any other man for her but her Lester. Olive worked many years at Grafton Woolen Mills and Wirths Department Store.  In addition, she also worked as a volunteer at Lasata Care Center. Olive is survived by her loving daughter, Barbara Briant; grandchildren Rhonda Blevins, Randy Ruegg and Brian Ruegg; and great-grandchildren Melissa, Thomas, Gregory and Angie.  She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
