Michael F. Trost

Michael F. Trost, born on February 21, 1944, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, peacefully passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 81 years, at Story Point Assisted Living in Mequon, Wisconsin. A respected mechanical engineer, Michael dedicated a significant portion of his professional career to the Astronautics Corporation of America, where he was a cherished member of the team.

He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Marquette University, where he laid the foundation for a life dedicated to innovation and excellence in engineering. Michael's passion for mechanics extended beyond his career; he held a deep love for NASCAR and anything related to automobiles.

Michael is survived by his beloved sister, Maureen Trost Waheed and his nephews, Adam and Aaron Waheed. He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Trost, mother, Lillian (nee Grosso) Trost, and sister, Mary Trost, all of whom he held dear in his heart.

Michael F. Trost's legacy as an engineer and a family member will resonate with all who knew him. He touched many lives with his kindness and dedication, living a life that exemplified hard work and a true passion for his interests. His memory will forever be cherished by his family as they celebrate the love he brought into their lives.

A private family burial will take place at Immanuel Cemetery, in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
