Mary Beth Baade

Mary Beth Baade (nee Pfeil) died peacefully December 6, 2023 at the age of 72, surrounded by her loving life partner of 13 years, Dan Gill and her son Jamie (Alison) Baade. She was loved by her grandchildren Brooke, Ellie, and Emily. She will be further missed by her brother Dennis Pfeil (the late Mary Pat), Jody Hoopes, Jim (Genie) Baade, and Jon Baade as well as other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Baade Jr., parents, Alvin and Lois Pfeil (Jung), and sister, Anne Pfeil (Timothy Damkoehler).

Mary Beth had a deep love for her family and spent most of her free time gardening and baking, for which she won many contests. She truly loved her time with Dan in St. Germaine fishing and enjoying nature. Her beloved “girls from DS” brought her much happiness. Hosting holidays at her house filled her heart with joy and she loved to play board games. As a lover of art, Mary Beth enjoyed teaching art classes after her retirement as a realtor. Mary Beth had a heart for giving and donated to many charities.

Visitation at St. Pius X Church, the corner of Wright and N. 76th St, Wauwatosa, Saturday, Dec. 16 from 10am until time of service at 11am. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to help cover funeral expenses.
