Marvin J. Fleck

Of West Bend, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at the age of 74 years.

Marvin was born on September 10, 1949 to the late Marvin W. and the late Elda J. (nee Schmidt) Fleck. He attended Mishicot High School and went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a master’s in Exceptional Education. He then went on to further his education and graduated from the University of Milwaukee with a master’s certificate in Special Education. Marvin taught for 35 years at MPS, teaching in the classroom and as a diagnostic teacher. After he retired, Marvin worked for Portal Inc. There he spent his time working with and helping adults with disabilities.

Marvin is survived by his wife: Donna (nee Heitzman); son: Kevin; brother: Steven (Maelu); sisters: Susan (Jeffrey) Guth and Lisa (Kenneth) Thiel. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son: Brian, and brother: Glenn.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at the Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory, Cedarburg. Inurnment will be held at Zur Ruhe Cemetery, Cedarburg. A visitation will take place, on Friday, at the funeral home from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM.
