Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2011, at St. Boniface Episcopal Church (3906 W. Mequon Road, Mequon) at 11:00am for Madeleine (nee Reilly) McPherson, of Cedarburg, who died at Columbia St. Marys Ozaukee Campus on May 25, 2011, at the age of 82 years. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 9:30AM until the time of service. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mequon. Memorials to St. Boniface Episcopal Church appreciated. Madeleine was born in Chicago IL on February 18, 1929, the daughter of Irish born parents Thomas and Mary Ann (nee Nee) Reilly. She was a graduate of Senn High School in Chicago. Madeleine became a legal secretary and worked in Chicago, Bay City MI and Davenport IA. She married Robert McPherson on September 18, 1954, at St. Henrys Catholic Church in Chicago. Madeleines greatest hobby was to share 57 years of her life with her husband Robert. She loved seeing her family grow healthy, happy and accomplished. Madeleines children have a combined total of 8 professional degrees among them. She was also a woman of great patience, understanding and other innate qualities that only her family will remember forever. Madeleine is survived by her beloved husband, Robert; loving children Thomas Weir (Rebecca) McPherson and Heather Anne (Paul) Richards; cherished grandchildren Joseph, Sydney, Carley, Catriona, Gina Marie, Nataliya and Gabriela; other relatives and friends.
