The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Ozaukee Human Services for the professional and personal care they provided for Lynn through the many years of her mental illness. We also thank the nurses and staff at Heritage Health Services in Port Washington for the care and compassion they gave her in her final days. Also a thank you to Compassus Hospice for helping all of us on Lynn’s final journey. We are so happy that God has brought her to her eternal peaceful home, where she is now physically and mentally healthy.
