Luellla A. Damerow

Luella A. Damerow (nee Dobberpuhl) of Cedarburg passed away peacefully on June 13, 2008 at the age of 91 years.   Luella was born in the town of Cedarburg on June 25, 1916 to the late Rudolph & Hilda (nee Berndt) Dobberpuhl and married the late Clarence Damerow on June 27, 1936 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg.   Luella was a life long active member at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg and loved gardening.   She is survived by her daughter Barbara Dochow of Cedarburg, grandchildren; Diane Dochow of Random Lake & Cheryl (Joe) Kraus of Cedarburg, 1 great grandchild Jasmin Kraus and 3 sisters-in-law; Merle Dobberpuhl, Edna Dobberpuhl both of Cedarburg and Doris Damerow of MI., & her son-in-law Robert Schmidt of Saukville.  She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.   Luella was preceded in death by her husband Clarence, daughter Mary Schmidt and her son-in-law Herman Dochow.   Funeral services will be held on Wed. June 18, 6:30 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church N60 W6047 Columbia Rd. Cedarburg.  Interment Zur Ruhe Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the church on Wed. from 4 6:30 PM. Memorials to Trinity Quilters or the family appreciated.
