Lorraine Roy

Lorraine (Nee Dahmer) Roy formerly of Grafton WI, currently of Cedarburg WI was called Home to Heaven on Thursday October 25, 2019 at the age of 92. Born April 20, 1927 and raised in Sheboygan WI, she met and married Thomas C. Roy Jr on January 8, 1949, at St. Clement’s Parish in Sheboygan. Together they were blessed with 8 children, 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Lorraine worked outside of the home most of her life but her greatest accomplishment was her work from home raising her children with an unconditional love like no other, and then being able to extend that love and be an active part in the lives of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also touched so many other lives by always being positive and caring to whomever entered her home and her life. Lorraine loved people and pleasing the people in her life. Lorraine is survived by her children: Tom (Carin) Roy III, Tim (Colleen) Roy, Tracey (Cindi) Roy, Todd (Barb) Roy, Tammy (Bob) Harrison, Trudy (Mark) Greenwood, Tony (Kris) Roy and son-in-law George Mikulski; her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Lorraine was preceeded in death by her husband Thomas “Tom” Roy Jr., loving daughter Therese (Teri) Mikulski, her parents and siblings. A memorial service will be held Saturday November 9, 2019 – 1:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory, 979 N. Green Bay Road, Grafton WI. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on that day from 10 a.m. to 12:45 PM.
