Lorraine M. Krueger

Lorraine M. Krueger passed away on January 10th after a long and blessed life of 91 years. Lorraine was born on August 15th 1927 to Emma and Gottlieb Tisch in Oconto Falls, WI. She attended public schools in Oconto Falls, graduating with the class of l945. She moved to the Cedarburg area following graduation and was employed at Kiekhaefer Corp. as receptionist for several years. She married Harvey Krueger on August 30th, 1947 in Cedarburg. They moved to Evansville, Wisconsin in 1948 and returned to Cedarburg in 1952. They became the proud parents of two sons, Mark (Glenda) of Muenster, TX and Scott (Sherri) of Cedarburg, WI. Lorraine worked as a secretary at Cedarburg High School for approximately 25 years. She was a charter member of Faith Lutheran Church in Cedarburg and was very involved in many church activities. She also volunteered for many organizations in the City of Cedarburg. She is survived by her two sons and their wives as well as six grandchildren, Kelly (Ray) Miller of Texas, Tracy (Jake) Allred of Texas and Bradley (Lindsey) Krueger, also of Texas. Jason (Katie) Krueger of Slinger, Brett (Jenn) Krueger of Rubicon, and Bryan (D’Lacy) Krueger of West Bend. She is further survived by fifteen great grandchildren, two sisters and their husbands, one brother, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by Harvey, her husband of 67 years and daughter-in-law Terri, Mark’s first wife of 40 years. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 – 6:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church N35 W6621 Wilson Ave. Cedarburg. Family will receive friends at the church on Wed. from 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials "In Memory of Lorraine Krueger" to the Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund, P.O. Her urn will be interred at Zur Ruhe Cemetery, in Cedarburg.
