Loretta J. Proefrock 'Jeanie'

Loretta J. Proefrock Jeanie, 72 Loretta J. Proefrock (nee Kulczyski) of Grafton passed away peacefully April 15, 2011 at the age of 72 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Harvey for 53 years; loving mother of the late Patty (Joe) Wallock, Pam (Russ) Dobberpuhl, Carol (Brian) Anderson and Bonnie (fiance Glenn Baumann) Keller; proud grandmother of Joey (Christie) Wallock, Jennifer and Stephanie Dobberpuhl, Natasha (David) Irish, Nathan Anderson, and Jacob and Joshua Keller; and proud great-grandmother of Jordan, Ethan, and Makayla Wallock, and Sophia Irish. Loving daughter of Verna (the late Stanley) Kulczyski. Dear sister of Stanley (Marlene) Kulczyski Jr. and the late James Kulczyski. Good family friend of Dolly Niesen. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Loretta cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a fun and dedicated grandma, always making time to play with her grandchildren and attend school and sporting events. She enjoyed baking, making homemade jam and pickles, and cooking for family gatherings. She always looked forward to her monthly lunch dates with her retired group of friends from Exacto Spring. Her warmth, energy, and smile will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. A memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, 1375 Covered Bridge Rd., Cedarburg, at 6 p.m. The family will receive visitors at the church on Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Private inurnment at Zur Ruhe Cemetery, Cedarburg. A special thank you to Dr. Shamah and the Oncology staff at Aurora Advanced Healthcares East Mequon Clinic and the caring staff at Horizon Hospice at Columbia St. Marys Ozaukee Campus.
