Lois R. Scherbert

A funeral service will be held on Friday May 19, 2006 – 7:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church, Cedarburg for Lois R. Scherbert Nee Zeunert of Cedarburg who died on May 14, 2006 at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospice in Milwaukee at the age of 71. Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 4 PM until time of service. Interment will be at Zur Ruhe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials of your choice appreciated. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.muellerfuneralhome.com Lois was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 20, 1934 the daughter of the late Eugene and Henrietta nee Hensler Zeunert. Lois was united in marriage to Gerold Scherbert on September 11, 1954 at Advent Lutheran Church. Lois was a member of the Cedarburg Legion Auxillary. She enjoyed card club, camping, bingo, fishing, gardening and most of all her family. Lois is survived by her husband Gerold; children: Jeanne DuWayne Scheidt, Sandra Robert Ashenden, Amy Mark Blau and Scott Lederer; Grandchildren: Jamie Kinnunen, Matthew White, Wanita Lewis, sean Kinnunen, Abby Ashenden, Andy Ashenden, Nick Ashenden, Stephan Kinnunen, Ryan Blau, Rebecca Blau, Jacob Lederer and Lauren Lederer; great grandchildren Brionna Kinnunen, Savannah White and Tyler White; sisters Dorothy Reuter and Nancy Johnson. Lois was preceded in death by a daughter Rebecca Lederer and a sister Betty Bassett. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
