Lawrence “Larry” J. Wischer,

Of Grafton, peacefully passed away on December 6, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 72. He was born on July 31, 1952, to his late parents, Jerome Wischer and Jean (nee Jalas). He was united in marriage with Soraya Guerrero.

Immediately graduating from Nicolet High School in 1971, Larry pursued his career as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic before retiring in 2020. Aside from Larry’s career, he had many hobbies and interests. You could always find him on one of his beloved British motorcycles, where he obtained the nickname, “Sir Lawrence.” He also loved listening to music and had an interest in cars, but his one true hobby was spending time and socializing with his family and friends, often cracking jokes and making others laugh.

Larry is survived by his wife, Soraya “Nena” Guerrero, his children, Kay, William “Bill” (Jennifer), Soraya, and Toni, along with four siblings, Sheryl (Tom) Anheuser, Janice (Dale) Werlein, Allan Wischer, and Lyn (Ken) Deiss. He is further survived by three grandchildren, Amelia, Philip, and Logan, and many friends and family members.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Jean Wischer; special sister, JoAnn Greene; nephews, Andy Werlein and Joey Deiss.

There will be a memorial service held for Larry Wischer on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home in Grafton. A visitation will be held prior from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials of your choice are appreciated.
