Kathryn E. Zoromski "Kate

With visions of pancakes and the joy of friends and laughter, Kathryn "Kate" Zoromski, age 16, abruptly left the confines of this world on Friday, November 23, 2007. Uplifted by the love of her parents, big brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous friends, and many pets, Kate now starts her next life at peace in Gods kingdom. Kates zest and spunk in this world spilled forth in her drive and determination to excel in diving, gymnastics, and cheerleading. Her diminutive frame truly belied her physical strength in these sports, but most important, in her strength of character. Kate had a unique ability to offer love, and especially, acceptance to all who had the privilege of crossing her lifes path. This was sometimes expressed by a hug, a simple "I love you," but just as often expressed in an unnoticed act of kindness. She relished the times spent cooking with her devoted mother, blushed at the loving embarrassment and kidding bestowed on her in front of friends by her best buddy father, and grew from a pesky little sister to a beautiful young woman able to hold her own with her protective big brothers. She was, in both cheerleading and life, the true and lasting "base" of an unending pyramid of supportive and close friends. Kate, our forever "Brown Eyed Girl," will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends: parents Mark and Jill Zoromski; brothers Drew and Joe; maternal grandparents, Gene and Joan Dalebroux; maternal great grandmother, Stella Dalebroux; paternal grandparents, Gene and Lil Zoromski and the late Irene Zoromski;many aunts and uncles, 19 first cousins and her three dearest friends Macalya, Ariel, and Heather. The Zoromski family invites friends to join them at a visitation and service to celebrate Kates brief but treasured life. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2007, from 4 - 7 p.m. at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Grafton, Wisconsin. A funeral mass will immediately follow the visitation. Funeral arrangements are being managed by Mueller Funeral Home, Cedarburg. The family suggests memorials be made to St. Josephs Youth Work Camp. Finally, the Zoromski family conveys their sympathy to the other families affected by this tragedy. Memorials: The family suggests memorials be made to St. Josephs Youth Work Camp.
