Katharine E. Metz

Katharine E. Metz (nee Hahn) of West Bend, passed away peacefully on Sunday February 21, 2010 at Aurora Medical Center in Hartford at the age of 91 years.Katharine was born in the Town of Grafton on March 15, 1918 to the late John & Catherine (nee Bohlen) Hahn and married the late Clarence Metz on November 24, 1945 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Saukville.Katharine is survived by her son Michael (Anne) Metz of Pewaukee, grandchildren; Jonathan (Lisa) Metz of Milwaukee, Daniel Metz of Madison, Andrew (Melaine) Metz of Milwaukee, Marua Metz of Milwaukee, great granddaughter Maria, step granddaughter Lauren Stewart of Pewaukee. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.Katharine was preceded in death by 3 brothers and a twin sister.Memorials mass will be held on Wednesday February 24, 11:15 AM at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church 1025 S. 7th (at Hawthorn Dr.) West Bend. Inurnment will be at St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Fredonia. Family will receive friends at the church on Wed. from 10 - 11 AM.Memorials of your choice appreciated.
