Judith A. Theis

Theis, Judith A. (Nee Hubacek) of Grafton, died peacefully surrounded by her family on July 29, 2017 at the age of 78. Judy was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 30, 1938 the daughter of the late Louis and Anna (Nee Prom) Hubacek. On June 25, 1960, Judy was united in marriage at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church to Peter D. Theis. They were blessed with four children. Judy enjoyed playing golf, spending time in her flower garden but most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going to all their events while they were growing up. Judy is survived by her children: Linda (Alan) Bould, Mark (Lisa) Theis and Michelle (Jeff) Bublitz; grandchildren: Eric Bould, Morgan Bould, Tasha (Steve) Myrah, Jaimie (Bill) Dohrwardt, Jeremy Theis, Cale Theis, Justin Bublitz and Kayla Bublitz; great grandchildren: Addison, Calvin, Brayden and Parker; brother Robert (Margaret) Hubacek; other relatives and many friends. Judy was preceded in death by her husband Peter; son Jeffrey and brothers: Roger Hubacek and Louis Hubacek. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 – 7:00 PM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Grafton. Fr. Michael Barrett officiating. Family will receive family and friends at the church on Thursday from 5:00 PM – 6:45 PM. Inurnment will be at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials of your choice are appreciated.
