Juanita Marie Schroeder

Juanita Marie Schroeder of Cedarburg passed away at Lawlis Family Hospice on Wednesday July 3, 2019 at the age of 97 years. Juanita was born in Lima, Ohio to the late Omar & Audrey (nee Leiber) Shaffer, and married the late Melvin “Mel” Schroeder on July 12, 1943 at Augsburg Lutheran Church in Toledo, OH. Juanita was a volunteer at St. Michael’s Hospital in Milwaukee, she volunteered for the Cedarburg Chamber and was a longtime active member at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. She is survived by her children; Jeanne (Wayne) Pipkorn of Cedarburg, Bob (Amy) Schroeder of Estero, FL, Kathy (Alan) Hanley of Alameda, CA & Don (Wendy) Schroeder of Terre Haute, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband Mel. She is further survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Monday July 8, at 4:30 PM at First Immanuel Lutheran Church W67 N622 Evergreen Blvd. Cedarburg. The family will receive friends at the Grafton Ale House 1208 13th Ave Grafton following the service., All Are Welcome In lieu of flowers memorials of your choice appreciated.
