It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Jon Hanschke, a devoted husband, loving father, faithful servant of God, and pillar of strength to all who knew him. Jon was called home to Heaven on March 13th, 2025, surrounded by his cherished family.

Born on December 22nd, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI, Jon lived a life guided by his unwavering faith, kindness and love for others. He was a man of integrity and great character, always ready with a helping hand, a warm smile, and words of wisdom. Jon never took himself too seriously, finding joy in life’s simple moments and laughter in every day.

Above all, Jon was the best husband and father anyone could ask for. He adored his wife, Deborah, his children, Christina, Timothy (Claire), and Anneliese (Tyler), and his grandchildren, Payton, Rowan, Lakeland and Dawson, leading them with love, wisdom, and a deep-rooted faith in God. He was their biggest supporter, their source of strength, and their greatest blessing. His love was steadfast, his guidance unwavering, and his presence irreplaceable.
