John W. Fromm

A Funeral Service will be held for John W. Fromm, of Cedarburg, at 11AM on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. John went home to his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 23, 2011, at the age of 89 years. Visitation will take place at the church, on Wednesday, from 9AM until the time of the service. John was born on June 28, 1921, in Mequon, the son of the late Charles and Amalie (nee Berndt) Fromm. On August 5, 1944, John was united in marriage to Lucille Schubert at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, in West Bend. John and his wife ran the Fromm Farm on Horns Corners Road for 38 years, growing vegetables and fruit. John also loved serving his Lord at Immanuel Lutheran Church and provided 42 years of service as the churchs custodian. Johns wife, Lucille went to be with her Lord in January of 2009. John is survived by his adopted son, James Fromm; niece, Elaine Schieble; nephew, Ronald (Geralyn) Fromm; grandchildren, grandnieces, other relatives and friends.
