Joan A. Beischer

Joan Ann Beischer Joan lived and passed away surrounded by lots of love and family. She was a homemaker and resident of Cedarburg, WI. She passed away unexpectedly but peacefully, on June 1, 2017, at the age of 84, while attending her granddaughter’s graduation in Flower Mound, TX. Joan was born on July 3, 1932, in Milwaukee, the daughter to John and Irma Bischof. She was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, LeRoy Beischer, on September 10, 1955. They would be blessed with 4 sons; Paul, Mark, Peter and Robert. Lee passed away on March 27, 2013. Joan, who was a devoted mother and grandmother, had a warm personality and befriended all that she met. Joan enjoyed her time with Leroy, as avid travelers, and being people of faith, attending Advent Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Joan would also go on to learn new skills after Leroy’s passing, as she explored new endeavors like computers, yoga and pickle ball. She was a natural leader, lover of life and family, while certainly living each day to its fullest. She will be missed by her family, friends and all the lives that she has touched. Joan was preceded in death by her late husband, LeRoy and her brother, Jack Bischof. Joan is survived by her loving children, Paul (Lisa), Mark (RoRo), Peter (Gail) and Robert (Marci Jacobs) Beischer; grandchildren Anna, Sarah, Matthew, Mia, Maddie and Jacob Beischer; and dear sister Diane (Richard) Fowler. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and best friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 1PM at Advent Lutheran Church (W63 N642 Washington Ave) in Cedarburg, WI. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, August 11, 2017, at the church, from 11AM until the time of service. Memorials to the Ozaukee County Humane Society are appreciated.
