Semmann, Jennifer Jean (nee Heidel) Age 43, of Grafton, died suddenly and entered into eternal life on January 20, 2008 while surrounded by her devoted husband and their beloved daughters. She was born on January 26, 1964 in Port Washington, WI to Jeanne (nee Bintzler) and the late Wayne Heidel. Jennifer married Mark Semmann on August 8, 1992. They celebrated a beautiful marriage of 15 years. Jennifer and Mark were blessed with two loving daughters, Elizabeth Jean (14) and Christina Joan (12). The Semmann family enjoyed many trips to the familys cabin in Cavour and a spring trip to Mexico. Jennifer and Mark loved traveling across Wisconsin on their motorcycle. Jennifer graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in education. She began her teaching career in the Milwaukee Public School District and also taught at Kennedy Middle School in Germantown. After obtaining her masters degree from Cardinal Stritch, she accepted the position of Assistant Principal at Webster Transition School in Cedarburg. For the past seven years, she has been the Principal at MacArthur Elementary School in Germantown. In addition to being dedicated to her family and career, Jennifer found time to enjoy gardening, golf, creating I-movies for her family, friends, and her 25th class reunion from Germantown High School. Jennifer also served as secretary of the Wayne Heidel Foundation, which was established in memory of her father to provide educational scholarships for area students. Jennifer is survived by her husband Mark; daughters, Elizabeth and Christina; mother Jeanne Heidel; sisters, Renee (Wally) Miller and Tricia (Jeff) Harte; grandparents Harry and Jean Sciezor; mother-in-law Joan Semmann; sister-in-law Kathy (Jerry) Wolfgram and brother-in-law Steven (Andrea) Semmann. Jennifer is also survived by nieces Megan (Fiancé Felipe Vega), Alaina and Ashley Miller; Alexis and Taylor Harte; nephews Jacob, Zachary and Noah Semmann; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 26, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at ST. FRANCIS BORGIA NORTH CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1375 covered bridge Rd. Cedarburg. A funeral service to honor Jennifer will follow visitation. A committal service will take place after the service at Immanuel Cemetery on Mill Road (Town of Jackson), with Dr. Rev. Janis Kinens officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Advent Lutheran Church or Jennifer Semmann Fund Appreciated.
