James "Jim" L Loeffler

James L. “Jim” Loeffler of Grafton, WI passed away peacefully on Sunday August 30, 2015 at Lawlis Family Hospice in Mequon at the age of 81 years. Jim was born in Watertown, WI on February 12, 1934 to the late Paul and Florence (nee Hoffman) Loeffler, and after his first wife Janice passed away he married Pat (nee Dooley) on March 8, 2003 at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Jim had a great sense of humor, fun loving spirit and always had a joke to tell. He was an active member of First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg and was an active league golfer at Hawthorne Hills, Mee-Kwon, and Edgewater Golf Courses. He is survived by his wife Pat of Grafton; children; Brian (Patty) Loeffler of Grafton, Jeff (Kimberly) Loeffler of Batesville, IN & Cheryl (Dick) Bond of Wauwatosa, grandchildren; Ben (Nina) Loeffler of Kewaskum, Mike (Julie Benda) Loeffler of MN, Tim Loeffler of Grafton, Chris Loeffler of IN, Jessica Loeffler of IN, Sean, Tom, and Anne Bond of Wauwatosa. He was preceded in death by his first wife Janice. Funeral services will be held on Thursday September 3, 6 PM at First Immanuel Lutheran Church W67 N622 Evergreen Blvd. Cedarburg. Interment Zur Ruhe Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 4 – 5:45 PM. Memorials to First Immanuel Guardian Angel.
