A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 – 6:00 PM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church for James F. Dillon, 68, of Grafton who died suddenly at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice appreciated. James was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 31, 1944 the son of the late Robert J. and Florence (nee Kelley) Dillon. Jim was united in marriage to Judy (nee Torrence) on June 30, 1973. Jim graduated from Marquette University in 1967 with a Mechanical Engineer Degree and earned his MBA from Marquette in 1971. Jim was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. He enjoyed camping and biking. Jim’s family will always remember his resilient attitude in the face of life’s challenges and his devotion to Marquette University, especially the Men’s Basketball Team. Jim is survived by his wife Judy; children: Chad and Krista (friend Joe Damrow); granddaughter: Halayna; siblings: Nan (Tom) Delaney, Tom (Billie) Dillon, Joan (Patrick) Rohrer, Michael (Jan) Dillon and Timothy Dillon. Jim was preceded in death by one brother, Pat. Jim’s family would like to give special thanks to Aurora Medical Center of Grafton for their loving care & compassion shown to Jim and their entire family. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice appreciated.
