Jacquelyn "Jacquie" L. Picard

Jacquie Picard

Of Cedarburg, passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 92 years. Jacquie was born in Racine, WI on August 24, 1932, the daughter of the late Peter and Anita (nee Meissner) Meinert. On September 17, 1955 Jacquie was united in marriage to Gene Picard.

Jacquie graduated with a photographic degree from Layton School of Art. Gene and Jacquie owned and operated Colonial Studio in Cedarburg for many years.

She will be sadly missed by close family and close friends. Jacquie is survived by her sister, Judy Lamers and sister-in-law, Darlene Meinert. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Jacquie was preceded in death by her husband, Gene and brother, James Meinert.

Private family services were held.
