Maisells, Hoke L. 82, of Belgium, WI passed away March 23, 2014 at home in Belgium, surrounded by family. He was born May 18, 1931 in Lancaster, PA to Harry and Rosa Maisells. He graduated from Mannheim Township high school in Lancaster, PA in 1949. He joined the US Army at 19, and served in the Korean conflict. Hoke earned his Corporal stripes during his four years, as well as several medals and awards. Hoke married Delia Decorah on May 18, 1957 at Saint Mary’s Church in Tomah, WI. He adored his children Scott, Claire, and Joy. He was an exceptional artist and craftsman. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion. Hoke is survived by his wife, Delia; his brother Forrest (Arlene); his daughters Claire & Joy; Grandchildren: Cameron, Emily, Katelyn, and Devin; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by parents Harry and Rosa; sister’s Ramona and Camille; brother Henaga; and son Scott. Visitation will be held Tuesday March 25 at Mueller Funeral Home in Cedarburg from 3:00 PM to 7:00pm. Services will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2014 – 10:00 AM at Saint Francis Borgia South Catholic Church N44 W6055 Hamilton Rd. Cedarburg, WI. Interment with military honors will be held immediately following services at Saint Francis Borgia Catholic Cemetery.
