Helen Louise Larson

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013, 2PM at the Mueller Funeral Home, in Cedarburg, for Helen L. Larson. The Rev. Suellen Myers will officiate the Funeral Service. Helen will be in state, on Saturday, from 12 Noon until 2PM. Memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church, in Cedarburg, or to the Green Bay Botanical Garden are appreciated. Helen was born on July 1, 1930, in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Louis Koehn and the late Louise (nee Schultz) Koehn. She was later united in marriage to the late Robert Larson, on June 14, 1952, at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Their marriage was blessed with five children, Holly, Joy, Jean, Carol, and Lee. In her early years, Helen worked as a licensed beautician and later worked for Cera-Mite until she retired after many years of faithful service. Although Helen was very active, her true love was spending time with her family, including many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Helen is survived by her children, Holly (David) Wagner of Menomonie, WI, Joy Madouse of Grafton, Jean Doll of Grafton, Carol (Bob) Mead of Green Bay, and Lee (Jane) Larson of West Bend; grandchildren, Nikki, Ben, Sam, Laura, Steven, Joe, Madeline, Jacob, Faith, and Robby; and great-grandchildren, Emma, Kody, Tanner, and Wesley. She is further survived by other relatives and many friends. Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Larson, her parents, and siblings, Harold, Orrin, Roy, and Gladys. The family would especially like to thank Heartland Hospice, Lasata Crossings, the Aurora Medical Center, in Grafton, as well as Home-Instead, for all of their care and compassion. Helen passed away peacefully at her residence, in Cedarburg, surrounded by her loving family, on February 1, 2013, at the age of 82 years.
