Hazel G. McCutcheon, of Milwaukee, formerly of Grafton entered eternal life April 23, 2004 at Alexian Village Healthcare Center at the age of 90. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 17 at 1:00 PM in the Alexian Village Chapel, 9301 N. 76th Street. The family will greet friends following the memorial service in the Red Room at Alexian Village. Rev. James McKenzie will officiate at the service. Mrs. McCutcheon was born on Christmas Day, 1913 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was the second child of Harrison and Bertha Lee Bartlett Grimm. Hazel married Joseph Gordon McCutcheon on April 17th, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan. She worked as the registrar at Merrill-Palmer Institute in Detroit. Hazel enjoyed playing the organ, sewing and gardening. She is survived by her three children: Barbara Clark of Woodstock, MD, James Susan McCutcheon of Grafton, Marilyn John Kiesling of Rochester, NY; five grandchildren: Jon Clark, Jennifer Clark, Scott McCutcheon Krista, Thomas Kiesling and Pamela Kiesling; and two great-grandchildren: Matthew and Lauren McCutcheon In lieu of flowers, memorials to The National Parkinson Foundation Inc., Miami, FL would be appreciated.
