Glen Cram Jr., of Grafton, Wisconsin, was born to eternal life on February 29, 2012, at the age of 84 years. Born in Tripoli, Wisconsin, on January 16, 1928. The son of the late Glen and the late Mildred (nee Douscette) Cram. He was united in marriage to Doris L. (nee Groth) Cram, on September 12, 1953 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Glen graduated from High School in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, in 1947. He worked for Stokley and then joined the Military, where he served as a Sgt. First Class in the 9th Regiment, 2nd Infantry Tank Company during the Korean War. After he was discharged honorably from the United States Army, Glen went on to work in construction for over 30 years with the Oscar Drumel Co. and Seltzer Ornst. Glen retired from the construction industry in 1988. Glen enjoyed playing cards, sporting events, Nascar Racing, traveling, and volunteering. He had such a great sense of humor and loved spending time with his family and friends. Glen was a member of the Rose Harms American Legion Post in Grafton, as well as the VFW. Glen is survived by his wife, Doris Cram, daughters, Debra Musil and Dawn (Mark) Eurich, and sisters, Nora Jean (Tony) Markowski and Beverly (Darryl) McCarthy. He is further survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Glen was preceded in death by a sister, Laurabelle Hraban, of Ladysmith, Wisconsin, and brother, Donald Cram of Ripon, Wisconsin. A Funeral Service was held on Sunday, March 4, 2012, 3:30PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, (701 Washington St.), in Grafton. The family received friends on Sunday, at the church, from 1:30 until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the Aurora VNA Hospice Care.
