Gary A. Plopper

Gary A. Plopper Went home to be with his Savior on July 7, 2017, at the age of 73 years. Loving husband and best friend of Carol (nee Schwechel). Devoted father of Laurel (Rev. Jason) Zobel, Craig (Jenn) and Scott (Lisa) Plopper. Cherished grandpa of Andrew (Kristin), Lauren, and Rebecca Zobel, Sydney, Erin, Jacob, and Katelyn Plopper, Madison and Tate Goldbeck. Brother of Lisa (Peter) Janus, Brother-in-law of Thomas (Jacqueline) and Donald (Gail) Schwechel. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church (31385 W. Hill Rd, Hartland) on Tuesday, July 11th from 3-7pm with service to follow. Private interment on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Arlington Cemetery. Gary served his Lord for 50 years in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod as a Deacon/Lay Minister. He was a member of WISTA Basketball Scorers & Timers and an employee of the Milwaukee Brewers in Event Services. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Angelsgrace Hospice of Oconomowoc, Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church or Medical College of Wisconsin. “Well done good and faithful servant”
